Your order be processed and shipped within 3 working days.
We send each order by next day courier. We aim to deliver orders in 3 working days from order date.

We do not offer a cash on delivery as a payment option.
Our online payments are processed securely with the Stripe payment gateway.

We use the highest quality materials to produce each photo tile and quality check each item before shipment but sometimes things can go wrong.
In the unusual event that there is an issue with your photo tile we’ll fix it !

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not been started in our production department we can cancel the order and give you a full refund.
If your order has been produced unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel the order or offer a refund.

Unfortunately as each set of photo tiles is printed with your own unique images we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
We value each and every customer so if you have any issues with your photo tiles we’ll be more than happy to work on resolving any issues until your 100% satisfied with your photo tiles.
In the unlikely event there is a quality issue or damage to your tile we will happily replace the affected item. Please reach out to us via our contact us page and we’ll do everything possible to solve any issues.

Yes, you can upload your photos directly from your phone in our online designer.

Our online editor allows you to upload photos directly from your Facebook account.
Simply peel off the protective film from the sticky strip on the back of the frame, position the frame on wall and press firmly for a few seconds where the sticky strip is.
Yes, you can remove the photo tiles and re-stick them in a new place or make a new gallery wall layout with your tiles.
You can re-stick the tiles up to a dozen times.
No, as long as you lift off the photo tiles slowly the sticky pads that hold each photo tile in place will not damage your walls.
The higher the photo resolution, the better your photo tiles will look.
The photos from most modern smartphones have great resolution and print really well.
The minimum resolution image you should use is 500x500px
We print your photos using Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6100 printers onto matte photo paper using LUCIA PRO pigment ink.
Our printers deliver a wide colour gamut for incredible image clarity and produce a fade free print that will last for years.
If you’ve moved your photo tiles a number of times and some no longer stick just contact us and we’ll send you new sticky pads.
